Avenaplex™, an active lipid complex derived from oat kernel extract, offers a rich source of ceramides and fatty acids to fortify and moisturise the skin. Its composition closely resembles the skin's natural structure, featuring a variety of identical ceramide classes such as NS, NP, EOH, AS, and AP, as well as sterols, tocopherols, tocotrienols, and phospholipids.
Punica Granatum Sterols derived from Pomegranates help reduce trans-epidermal water loss and lock in moisture
Ubiquinone coQ10 is a vital skin-identical enzyme and antioxidant for maintaining skin health. It contributes to a youthful appearance, improves skin texture and firmness, evens skin tone, and enhances skin barrier hydration.
Neurophroline™ (Tephrosia Purpurea Seed Extract) and Broccoli Sprout Extract have calming benefits for sensitive skin. With continued use, they decrease redness and enhance radiance and skin luminosity.

I've been using the moisturiser for a month and really like how it leaves my skin soft and smooth all day. It's not oily and very pleasant. Will definitely continue to use this product.
I don't usually write reviews, but I wanted to for this product. I am a fan of home skin peels and typically do 2 to 3 light skin peels each year, in addition to my nightly tretinoin routine, to maintain glowing and youthful skin. I am very particular about my skincare products and seek high-quality products that are free from parabens, silicones, sulphates, fragrances, essential oils, and drying alcohols. Recently, I came across the Skin Barrier Health Moisturiser and Hydration Essence Mist, and I was extremely impressed by their ingredient profiles and reasonable prices. The availability of a travel size also influenced my decision to purchase them.
On the day of my peel, I accidentally burned one area of my face (see photo), while the rest of my skin felt hot, itchy, dry, and uncomfortable. I immediately used the Hydration Essence Mist, followed by the Skin Barrier Health Moisturiser, and I can honestly say, wow!
The Hydration Essence Mist was cooling and calming and did not irritate my skin at all. I felt an immediate boost of hydration. There was no scent, and it was refreshing to use. It helped moisturised my skin further as well which was what I needed.
After using the Hydration Essence Mist, I applied the Skin Barrier Health Moisturiser. It was gentle and soothing for my dry, itchy, peeling skin. This moisturiser is one of the best I’ve ever used after a skin peel, and I’ve tried many. A small amount was all I needed, and combined with the mist, it provided excellent hydration without leaving my skin feeling greasy. It’s very light yet moisturising at the same time. I experienced the fastest healing time to date, as you can see in my before and after photos, and I’m relieved that the damage from the burnt area has greatly diminished.
I look forward to using this combination every day now, and it will definitely become a staple in my skincare routine.
